Hi

let's say I run a real estate website (local business) and have a URL structure as such

domain/city/villa for rent

domain/agent-name

what is the appropriate schema.org for each individual section?

domain >> marked as a local business (real estate Agency)

City >> marked as city, place?

villa for rent >>> house ?

agent page >>> marked as real estate agent

is this setup correct? honestly, I don't know the difference between city and place

secondly for each section what is the most crucial part for me to optimize (on the on-site optimization part)

An example for the home page section is about who we are?
city section putting emphasis on nearby attraction places, historical background?

thank you

Any answers would be guessing, sorry. Only you can determine how to set up your schema properly because you need to make decisions that should be clearly related to the content of each page. The Schema.org site can help you with your decisions. See Getting Started: [schema.org...]

You can learn more about how it should be set up and find example documents at schema.org: [schema.org...]

You'll find a Validator there too, so you can check your work before going live with it.
