We use google Search Console to check the search website traffic, while Google Analytics for all the website traffic.
But it seems that Google Analytics will stop in the year of 2023 .
What tools do you use for all the website traffic.

It won't, you just need to switch your Universal Analytics properties over to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) before July 2023.

I say "switch" but really you're just creating a new GA4 property and starting fresh, can't move your data over unfortunately.
