I use the Brave browser. I have been spending so much time going through Cloudflare's security check almost every time I go to my own website. There are no malware or virus issues on my computer. I simply do not know how to get rid of this aggravation.

And this message: Completing the CAPTCHA proves you are a human and gives you temporary access to the web property.

It's my web property. I should be able to get to it anytime I want without going through all this garbage.

In addition, many times I get this message: Request Header Fields Too Large
The server refused this request because the request header fields are too large.

Which means that Cloudflare imits access to my own site.

The point of Cloudflare's Chaptcha is verification.

The point of Brave is privacy and preventing tracking.

Those are likely to clash.

Have you looked for ways to disable catcha?

Yes, there appears to be no way to disable captcha.

Would cloudflare know if you set Brave up with an alternate (ie more conventional) user-agent? Can you do that in Brave?

No, but the problem is probably not the user agent but Brave's blocking of cookies. Although it can also be IP-based.

To be fair, you've given away some control of your web property by having all traffic pass through Cloudflare. This is, essentially, part of what you signed up for.

Do you use Tor or a VPN? What's your security level set to in Cloudflare?

BTW, the Firefox browser has the same problem.

I do not use Tor or a VPN. I have never found a place to set a security level in Cloudflare.

I will work on the problem. If I can't correct it, I will not use Cloudflare.

In Firefox you can set unique settings for cookie handling on specific domains. Just click the 'shield' icon in the address bar while you are on the domain in questions and change the settings. I do not use the Brave browser but I would be surprised if they do not also have a per domain setting in their Preferences.

Security Level is set to Medium by default, which "Challenges both moderate threat visitors and the most threatening visitors". You could try setting it to Low, which "Challenges only the most threatening visitors".

Thank you, not2easy and robzilla. I will try that. Now after I finish the captcha, I get the following message:

Request Header Fields Too Large

I cannot get to my own website! I hope one of your suggestions work. Otherwise, I will have to remove the site from Cloudflare.

As the error suggests, your web server has rejected Cloudflare's headers because they're "too large". You will have to increase the limit to remove that barrier.
