I want to rank my website ([snip]) on the top of first page with the keyword ([snip]). Can anyone help me how can i improve my SEO for this. What possible things i can do for the best result in SEO? I'm totally stuck. Please help me with your best.

Since the top of the first page is filled with paid ads, you need to buy a placement for this keyword.

Now, if you mean to be the first of the "organic" result. Look at the site which is currently ranked first. And try to figure out why this site makes it, and not your.

Basically , you need to send a maximum signals to Google, that YOUR site is the authoritative answer for this keyword.

Keep in mind that, if you want to rank first, certainly that tens or thousands of other sites are trying to achieve the same.
