Structured Data Not Updating

Hey Folks,

I have a page in my website, earlier I pointed it with event structured data, but now I'm trying to make it a landing page, because it is ranking on good position. It's been more than a month, I have removed the json of event and added faq etc. in page. But still the event date is showing in SERP, in structured data testing tool it is showing without event snippet, and in webmaster testing also. But when I simply inspect it appears there, So my question is if I'm doing something wrong, if not then how much time it will take to update faq and replace with event snippet in SERP?

have you checked your server access log file to see if the url has been recrawled by googlebot since the content was updated?

Hi @phranque thanks for replying, I have requested page crawl in inspection tool several times after that, and google has crawled page several times, after updating snippet. In cached page last crawled date is 13 oct.
