By the way +1 for Nextcloud (over owncloud), I use it everywhere, running my own nextcloud server, it rocks.

I use YouTube, search, gmail. If there was a spam filter equivalent to gmail I'd likely switch. Occasionally I'll use Bing and other search engines.

i use my own mail server, with Spamhaus DNSBL and it 's pretty good.
