Android Ad Fraud with Hidden Video

This fraud plays video ads underneath fake banners, cheating advertisers of their ad money, and sucking the battery and data out of unsuspecting Android users. Of course no one admits any guilt, they have no clue how this happens. Right. There's lots of money to be made in ad fraud.

There seem to be alot of these popping up.

I think the moral is - to uninstall any app you don't use regularly. Also, turn off the ability to run in the background (most samsung's will do this now)
