Self reset email with own domain

Hi, Everyone,

With thousands of email users on own domain, it is a lot of work for admin to maintain or create accounts.
Is there a domain host, where the end user can reset their own forget passwords,

currently most hosts use cpanel, thus admin has to create maintain each account
