Hi, I'm looking for a forum software written in Python. The only decent option I can see so far is Flaskbb but even if doesn't seem to be very well maintained. So, are there any alternatives? Many thanks.

I don't have any experience with forums or forum software but I do have a lot of experience with Python. This software is written with Flask and is open source, so even if there are some obscure issues you will certainly be able to find help in the large and active Flask community on Stack-Exchange. Also it appears from the docs that the last update was in May 2017, and the website seems to have an active forum.

Now how good, and how reliable the software is, I have no idea. But if there is nothing else it is probably worth a try.

DjangoBB is also written in Python. You can look at some sites using it here: [djangobb.org...]

Although at first glance, Flaskbb looks lighter (faster.)
