Ticket System for MultiSite setup?

Feel free to move this post to a better forum if this discussion does not relate.

So I current operate a number of stores including store.ca, store.com, store.co.uk, etc under a multi-site setup. My shopping cart supports multi-site so I can log under admin and see every order placed on every store under one roof.

The problem is I need a ticket system but if I upload most ticket systems to a subfolder such as /tickets/ than store.ca/tickets looks the same as store.com/tickets/

My question is, is the a multi site ticket system solution, preferable self hosted and php based, that anybody knows of?

I would like one employee to log in and see all tickets from every site but on the front end, I want store.ca/ticket to have a difference experience than store.com/ticket (ie: "Welcome to Ticket System for Store" vs "Welcome to Ticket system for Store Canada").

I been looking everywhere. Not finding much.

I would install Wordpress at /store/ and then get a multisite ticket system plugin but I believe I would have to switch back and forth between stores?

There is a WP plugin that can work much like a ticket system. It allows you to create a separate form for various purposes and can send bcc copies to follow messages from one (or more) email account/s. It would allow a separate page with information and a form for each version/location. It is called the Fast Secure Contact form and it allows a captcha to deal with spammy formbots, but that can be hidden from logged in users/admins. Each form can be different and can be managed with a separate email account or all from one account.
