For those that want to play, short poll (format below) on what you PERSONALLY use to do/surf the web. This may, or may not, be your development environment. If you have multiple devices, clarify and post that, too. Looking for commonality, or differences, and in that we might gain some knowledge on what the users out there are doing. Remember, this is your personal set up. As webmasters we assume everyone is running a plain vanilla install, right out of the box (and we know that's not true).

Nice call on hardware, add to mine above 32gb ram, i7-8core, burning rust (the ssd boot died three times) with 5tb box installed and 10tb external.

I suspect most of us webmasters are not the usual critter. :)

HP 4540s laptop (but usually plugged into external monitor), Firefox and Chromium , mostly use Firefox. Firefox has Web Developer Toolbar and Privacy Badger and Chromium has Page Analytics, Ubuntu 16.04 (planning to switch to Debian - installed it for the kids and it is lighter), 100mbps.

I usually have an Android phone, but it just broke. Replacement will be low end, to minimise cost of replacement if it breaks.
