One of the businesses I consult for is owned by a gentleman who regularly forgets about what we agreed to in meetings and in emails. Therefore I've persuaded him to use an online task management program we can both access so that the tasks we agree to work on don't get forgotten and lost.
I've looked into quite a few of them, but they mostly charge a monthly fee for their 'team' versions. Have you come across any free apps out there just for two people to be able to post, share and tick-off tasks between them, and which has both a desktop/web-based version and a mobile app so it can easily be used on the go?
