Apparently Plesk is more visible in Europe than the USA. Seems like a tidy but realistic sum for a well-known and widely deployed product.

Interesting observation .... yes, that is a reasonable valuation for Plesk. Wonder how that happened?

They'll likely hold onto it for a year, then bundle and sell. Plesk doesn't offer anything different than dozens of other cloud based website platforms, just the logistics of Eastern Europe and it was buyable.
I block their ranges but rarely, if any, see activity.
