My static HTML site is hacked.

I changed DNS entries and website host in hope that the problem will be resolved. But even after updating DNS entries and website hosting, there was no improvement.

Now when I ping my site using commandline it returns the IP address of the hacker's site instead of the real IP of my website.

Any clues from anyone to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance
