Ranking high on Bing but low on Google.what should I do?

I've been slapped with a penalty from Google, but still rank 1-3 with Bing and Yahoo.

I plan on removing all links on article directories and forum signatures.

Will that sink me in Bing? Does Bing still use anchor text and old backlink strategies to rank?

The traffice on Bing is low, but better than the nothing I now have with Google...

The only way to know is to remove the low quality backlinks and see if the Bing ranking drops. It doesn't matter if Bing still likes low quality links, as it usually catches up with Google's approach.
