I own an apk download site. Do I need to care about downloads on my site? Should I increase the downloads or just don't take care about it, aiming at more visitors?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld Hungrywoman,
I assume those downloads equate to bandwidth and you may eventually run into bandwidth limits.

That's entirely up to you. Only you can say whether any one thing is important. But you should check logs periodically and make sure you don't have unattractive robots downloading your files. In most situations, you wouldn't even want legitimate search engines downloading them. (If it can't be indexed and doesn't affect page render, why crawl it?)

A robots.txt block on the directory containing the downloads will do for search engines (and other law-abiding robots). The rest will require a door-in-the-face 403.
