Hi there,

I have created an account in Bing Webmaster but when I added my different websites in the same account, what I find is the Webmaster is Generating SAME CODE for Different Websites!

Is this Possible that "Multiple Websites can have SAME Bing Webmaster Code?"

Thanks in Advance!

the code identifies you as a bing webmaster tools user that is verified once you have uploaded the xml file or added a meta tag to your home page.
so your BingSiteAuth.xml file, for example, would be similar on all sites for which you are verifying ownership.

Thanks for your response, but I just wanted to know whether it's good to use the same code for different websites or Shall I use a separate account for separate website.
Waiting for your response as early as possible.

Unless there is a reason not to use the code that Bing has given you, I would use it. Do these sites all belong to other people? In that case they should be separate accounts.

as i mentioned previously the code identifies the Bing Webmaster user, not the site.
do you perceive a need to use separate accounts for each site?
