Need advice for Real Estate Websites - IDX and RETS Info

Been designing websites for years although recently started looking into Real Estate websites.

I am finding IDX feed services, and real estate webdesign companies offering services, although is there a way I could (or script) process these feeds directly from a Real Estate board? I am also Canadian, and the agent is located in Calgary Alberta. So its the CREB board I would be dealing with.

Any web designers out there with any experience?

I tried doing the same but I doubt it can be easily done. You need to subscribe. I think it would be worth joining, if you plan to develop a few real estate websites.
