Mapping Cross-Streets

I'm looking for an API that tells me cross-streets for a given address or lat/long pair, it will return the nearest street in either direction of the address.

For example:
Input: 123 Main St, Anytown, USA 12345
Output: Maple Ave, Atlanta Ave

So this tells me that 123 Main St is located on Main St, between Maple Ave and Atlanta Ave.

Google Maps, and Mapquest, as far as I have been able to tell, don't have the capability to do this off hand. Anyone know of some hacks to accomplish this?

Did you find anything for this?

I wonder if OpenStreetMap would have anything? They probably wouldn't be as comprehensive as anything you could get from the big providers though...
