Internal Linking

I am working on a website, some pages of that website hasn't linking from home page(index page) but these are exist and index in Google. But I am unable to find out from where Google get index these find. Even I also having problem to find out link to that pages.

use a link checker such as xenu's link sleuth to see if those urls are discoverable by crawling the site.

you might also consider using a backlink research tool to discover offsite links and url citations.

Do you mean:
they don't link directly from the home page
or
you can't get there by following links that start from the home page?

Also:
do you want the pages to be indexed? If not, mark each one separately as "noindex".

You can also look at your logs. Do humans ever visit the pages? If so, look for referers other than google.
