Not a policy to share links to same here per the sub forum charter.

I know it's exasperating to find trustworthy reviews with all the sock puppet pseudo review sites put up by a few of the players in hosting.

Scan the other WH forums and see who is active in solving end user's problems. That will at least give you some idea on the 24/7 factor.
