In stats - links from odd external sites

I am reviewing my stats and see links from odd external sites. The sites show up as 83.133.124.190 and 88.198.7.221. Is this something I should worry about?

Are those the IPs of the visitors, or do you mean that the referer is coming through as just numbers?

88.198 is Hetzner, so they can be blocked without guilt. I don't know 83.133 but they're also German. Anyone know what "bandwidth infrastructure provider" means?

These are the referral sites. I know I can block ip's but it doesn't block anything when adding these ips as they show as referring.

For most people most of the time you could probably block anything with a numerical referer. It's most likely fake anyway, so I'd look at the visitor's IP and see if there's any consistency.
