Analytics Tracking Issue

For last 2 weeks, I found following issues with Analytics tracking:

1. I made a test booking on my travel site through organic search, it was shown in E-commerce >> Transactions but in organic keyword was shown as (not provided).

2. Some time booking from organic is nor displayed anywhere.

3. And some time booking from organic is displayed in direct.

But no problem in Paid tracking.

In all conditions my eCommerce code and Analytics was everywhere on my all site pages.

Is this happening only with me or Google is doing any update due to which such problems arise.

But no problem in Paid tracking.

Now that's very very interesting. It suggests that g### is lying in their teeth when they say that search terms are simply not retained when a user is logged in. You get the same "not provided" message in piwik*, and of course they're missing from logs.

But it all miraculously comes back in paid tracking eh.

* Coincidentally I read the blurb just a few hours ago:
What does "Keyword not defined" mean in the Referers > Search Engines keywords report?

Some search engines (Google, DuckDuckGo, etc.) may not specify the keyword used to reach your website, but instead will hide the keyword for privacy reasons. In this case, Piwik will report the keyword as "Keyword not defined". It means that Piwik has detected that the visitor came from a search engine, but the keyword was not provided in the Referrer URL.
There is no way to access the keyword in this case, and no other web analytics tool can get this information either.
