Free flashgames software

Hello, i am planning for a long time to start a flashgames site, but i am not a great designer and it would require too much time to make one by myself in php, html and css, so i was hoping that there is any free software that could help me start one easier.

I gt 148 million results in a search for "free flash games" (20,300,000 when quoted), do you have something about your site that would make it stand out from those?

There's no software that I know of, but I think to make it fly you would want to devise a way to (securely!) allow game developers to contribute to this site. Whether or not they will relies on question #1.

Plenty of arcade site scripts about -- and those would be the keywords to search with -- but what's the point of adding another turn-key site to the pile?
