hosting fake advertisements

Hi,

I have a health website with 23k visitors per day.one website wants to advertise on my website.all the things they sell are fake things.I could not decided to let him or not.I fear it makes bad influence on growing of my website. what do you think ? is there any article about this issue?

OK, you are proposing to accept advertisements knowing that they are at best misleading and and worse illegal.

That could certainly have a negative impact in terms of visitor perception and you could also be publicly labelled as a participant in the scam. Then of course there is the question of legal liability, that will depend on the jurisdiction in which you reside (and possibly also the jurisdiction where the site is hosted), for which you need professional advice.

In short my advice is don't!

The things they sell are not illegal in my country but I am sure most of the things they sell can not solve problems of my visitors.for example making tall with powder is a fake claim and buying from them makes Detriment for my visitors... then I guess it will have negative impact on growing on my website.

The other site is trying to make themselves look better by linking to a good site (yours). Don't help them ;)
