Selling a website: how much of Analytics should I show?

I have an offer to sell my website, but the seller wants to see my analytics stats. How should I go about showing him the data without disclosing too much business sensitive data?

Also, is there a thread about what to do and what to watch out for when selling a website?

Thanks

I think the downside of disclsing Analytics data is grossly over-stated.

You have a site about widgets and earn 25% of your income from blue widgets. No surprise, blue widgets are popular. The secret you don't want to disclose is how you get so much traffic for blue widgets and analytics doesn't give that information.

Take it to extremes and suppose you earn 80% of your income from blue widgets on a a widgets site. Unless your competitors are very simple they already know that blue widgets is a term that earns money.

It's not the stats that matter it's how you dominate the SERPS.
