Is there any way to block emails that contains multiple email ids in the to or cc field.

If on Webmasterworld, just delete. If anywhere else, need to know your program (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.)

Sending from where? Your site? Their email? Scammers/Spammers?
That said, where's the ugly? That means where is the origin of these emails?

Must be some problem makers. The email domain is from yahoo (using multiple ids)

YOU can't block these (you're not the source/originator) and there's no way to kill these in the wild. If this was Usenet that would be a different thing...there's a "kill" switch there...
You've been scammed/scraped as a legit address. Nothing you can do about it (that I know of). If any one else has answers, PLEASE speak up!
