It is very interesting why e-mails are not controlled by major players as some use domains to SPAM and some even gmail. Will be in the future some database of users at forums as they abuse forums. Within two days some got 30 SPAM registrations.

As we notice they use profile with URL to SPAM URL's and in the most cases they use URL. If there would be database from Google, Yahoo, BING with SPAM domains, we could import this to forum and 99% will be detected in advance.

A few problems with that:
1) With "domain tasting" a spammer can get a domain, spam with it for a few days, then decide he doesn't want it and get his money back.
2) Your competitor can easily get you on the spam list by sending out thousands of spam messages linking to your domain.

3) Many spam domains are not distributing spam by the actual owner, they have been compromised/hacked and are being used to spam.

I think the OP meant being able to access a central clearinghouse of spam domains to check in the email message body, not necessarily the the from address. (Unless I misunderstood.)

Remember cyberpromo?* Once they got universally locked out, they simply came out with a new pseudo-domain every other day. Some real, some forged. Nobody could keep up. That's why so many places now whitelist incoming mail: if it isn't from a known ISP, it's assumed to be spam.

* Had to look it up. The name has been on the market since 2002, which suggests the scalpers are asking too much for it. I keep wishing someone would buy the name and use it to host a spam-fighting site :)

What does it mean:got universally locked out
The name has been on the market since 2002, which suggests the scalpers are asking too much for it. I keep wishing someone would buy the name and use it to host a spam-fighting site...
Please inform me more.

As I understand, PC is not only mean to check website. We have people behind search engines. Only major players can check website and check SPAM websites. Issue is if there is ONLY domain as posted in previous replies, but if you get SPAM also inside mail accounts within registered visitors (forum) like gmail, yahoo than there is some open area to do some security steps.

In example: If google, yahoo, hotmail and other make checkbox inside account that this e-mail account is secure and not spam with ISP, this will be used as database import into forums. I do not need to check each e-mail account and check spammers.

Main point: It will become privilege to get verified secured anti spammer e-mail account and also post on forums. Now are forums not set in perfect (correct) way as technology does not support this.

Maybe I'm wrong...
