We have been using a open source contact importer OpenInviter. But for the last few months, as the userbase increased, we have been getting many user complaints that the importer at times, doesn't work even though they provide legitimate email id and passwords.
We are now urgently looking for a better free/paid contact importer to replace OpenInviter and resolve the issue.
Kindly suggest (PM me) if you know something better than OpenInviter.
