Hello fellow webmasters,

Here is the situation:

I Googled my domain name, found a youtube video shown up, has my domain name #*$!@mydomain.com in video title, and in description, it says " for complain please email to #*$!@mydomain.com"

I contacted the uploader, no response.
I contacted youtube support.

The result is shocking, Youtube support says

"We are unable to identify a violation of our Privacy Guidelines in the content you have identified"

Have anyone experienced similar situation before? Please give me suggestions.

Thanks

Please approach YouTube for removal of that video, and explain your concern and provide the necessary documents which proves your genuine.

Seems like this rule fits your issue:

Things like predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, intimidation, invading privacy, revealing other people’s personal information, and inciting others to commit violent acts or to violate the Terms of Use are taken very seriously. Anyone caught doing these things may be permanently banned from YouTube.

it's harassment at a minimum by inciting others to contact you.
