Is googlebot solely US based?

I have a site that targets the price of a product to the visitors geographic location and converts the currency to that area. In checking rankings from different countries (ie:google.ca, google.uk.com, google.it etc) the price is always listed in US dollars both from the page description and from Google's preview option.

Is googlebot limited to a US only IP address? If so it's a bit of a problem trying to display accurate geo-targeted currency values in other countries.

if the same page shows different currencies to different users - it can still only be indexed once (eg in one currency)

GoogleBot is not limited to US only IP Address. You can change the GEOTarget of your website to any country using Google Webmaster Central.

[youtube.com...]
"Google does not, right now, have any crawling that happens from non-US IP addresses. [...] Right now, we only crawl from the United States."

Robzilla is right, Google still only crawls from the its IP block in California.
