I a looking for a writer who can produce great content on health matters and was wondering how do you guys go about finding writers (for those of who do not write your own content)?

There are sharks in the waters, article spinners, other scammers so you have to be careful, but you *can* find lots of good providers on Elance. There are lots of med students who write articles for spare cash. Don't go in cheap though, think "YGWYPF X 1000" on Elance. (or, I guess it should be, "YGWYPF /1000")
