Hello everyone.

I thought I would start a thread that was relative to my current situation in order to get some other perspectives.

If you were approached by a serious buyer today to acquire your site(s), what would it take?

What do you do with the money? That plays a big part in the decision process. Do you re-invest in another business or another site? Do you buy some real estate? Do you become a landlord? Do you become an investor?

What do you do after the sale with yourself? I know a lot of my self-esteem rides on my successes in life and in business, including my sites. How do you patch the hole that would be missing after a sale? (I know, I know... you patch it with hundred dollar bills right? ;-)

Looking forward to any thoughts on this topic.

Thanks!

2 hours max in the morning and the rest of my day is free.

We need a section of WW just for us to figure out this dilemma.

People laugh and say, "I wish I had your problems." I understand how crazy it sounds, but I still haven't been able to figure this out.

Well just an update. The sale is falling through. Some legal contract issues that appear to be unsolvable due to some differences in legal systems between different countries.

It is funny that after all this time we hit a road block that has nothing to do with my site. Legal contract stuff. Oh well. Oddly I'm okay with it falling through. I was not looking to sell when I was approached many months ago. I'm wiser for having gone through the process. I have no doubt it has better prepared me for when I really do sell.
