I am would like to create an interactive online publications for our company website.

Do I need to purchase specific software or can it be done a different way.

Is the difference between an eBook and interactive online publication that a eBook can only be read on mobile devices?

Also, are there any restrictions that I should be wary off in creating Interactive online publications on my website?
