alexa announces: traffic rank updates delayed for several days now

I don't know but I have noticed that Alexa is not updating from last 4-5 days? I am not a big SEO so it's getting kind of difficult to handle my customers. Can anyone tell me that why is not updating and when will it update.

I know that we shouldn't rely upon Alexa rank but still please help.
