Hi friends
I m to setup a weekly e-paper website. The weekly updated newspaper client wants a site based on the gif / jpg image of its 8 pages, and on each page / image should work like 'image map', when a person clicks on a particular area of the image a pop up should show the clicked (mapped) area contents of the main image.
There is an example also [jagbani.in ] which uses such system.

Any help please?

How automated do you want this to be? I.e. are you planning on doing the setup work each month by hand or do you want it to be almost totally automated?

the e-paper site will be updated weekly by hand. The client will provide the jpg images of the printed version and I am supposed to make it work like [jagbani.in...] or [newspaper.ajitjalandhar.com...] e-papers, where image behaviors is something similar to image-map technique.
