Normally I wouldn't do this but to save a client some money on a site he was experimenting with, I placed his new site (www.example2.com) in a subdirectory on his www.example1.com site. Then I forward/masked example2 to go to www.example1.com/example2 (where the 2nd sites file are).
There is only 1 link on each page going to the other and its a full address link.
Now if you do a search in google for the 2nd site, it comes up as www.example1.com/example2 instead of www.example2.com
Is there any good way to fight this besides setting up full hosting for www.example2.com
