My supplier is trying to tell me I MUST charge $5.95 shipping on my product. We currently offer free shipping. Can they legally dictate my shipping charges?

Laws vary and I can think of five countries that use the $ symbol for their currencies without even trying.

Do you have a signed contract with them, and if so, does it say they can specify that?

Can you live without them if you decide to disregard their demands and they cut you off?

Have you asked them why they are trying to force you to charge $5.95 shipping?
