Hi all

My bandwidth limit was busted this month, and I believe it comes from continuous downloads from this DNS address: [snip]

I tried to do a reverse DNS look-up to find the IP address of [snip], in order to block it with .htacces, but for some reason the revrse DNS look-up does not resolve to an IP address.

I read on forums that [snip] is amn open proxy. How can I defend my site from those?

Thanks a lot

Hi all,

No suggestions on how to block open-proxies from accessing your site?
