I need to use MSN Postmaster Guidelines because my email is being blocked as spam.

I looked at it, along with the documents it is referring to, dozens of pages long.

I was wondering if somebody is aware of a resume of its contents?

I would be tempted to work with the full documentation. Using a "compressed" version might lead to problems. Its the little details you need to pay close attention to.
