Would anyone happen to know of a good site which has Disaster Recovery Documentation of templates that could be used?

I'd like to create some good documentation but having a difficult time to find a good template to work from.

This is for a website disaster recovery plan if it helps any.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It's a nice option to reduce downtime.

At this moment though I'm more looking for documentation templates. I've found some which are pretty comprehensive and might be a bit overkill for what I'm doing.
