How to move my site within the same domain

We are in the process of redesigning our site. The old site was here:
www.domain.com/index.html
www.domain.com/products/product-name.html
www.domain.com/corporate/disclaimer.html

The new site will be hosted
www.domain.com/en/comapny-name.html
www.domain.com/en/products/organic/product-name.html
www.domain.com/en/disclaimer.html

Well, the addition of "en" is not very significant at the moment but we just thought we may make our sites in other languages too.

Our old site has been around for year or so. As I am new to SEO, can any one please tell me how do I move my site in the best SEO way?

Bad idea.
Cool URIs don't change [w3.org]. You're going to impact your rankings with that move, and there are better ways to do multiple languages.
For example, local domains would give you a boost in local language markets:

• example.com
  
• example.jp
  
• example.cn
  
• example.es
  
• example.fr

That would allow you to keep the established pages of your site at their current locations and allow you to branch out into other markets.

A 301 Redirect [bing.com].
