personal VPN

i need a PPTP VPN. i have windows 2003 vps, but i can't make a VPN myself :(
following by a tutorial i have to start "Routing and Remote Access" service but when i want do that this ERROR happen :

Unable to load C:\WINDOWS\System32\iprtrmgr.dll

Googling the .dll brings up [support.microsoft.com...] as the 1st answer. Although the answer describes symptoms on Win2K, you might well find something useful there.

The old adage "Google is your friend" is still valid in your specific situation and would be my recommended course of action...
