There are many free tools on google that you can use to get this information. Also you can go to start / execute / and the you can ping a website and see which hosts it uses to get to your computer

If you want to find all the sites hosted at that websites IP address, go to Bing and type "ip:###.###.###.###".
I realize you did not ask that question, but I thought I would share it anyways because it can be a handy tool when doing research on competitors.
