Procurement Application

Dear All

I am planning to source for an application that is able to support the following requirements. Preferred platform is LAMP but I always opened to other option.

- A system that is able to allow users to make service request and in the mean time track the status of the requests by a ticket number.

- A system that allows users to make procurement requests and a multi-level approval system to approve the request by supervisors.

I'm trying to find an open source or paid applications that can help me with all these. Does anyone has any recommendation or good applications that you have came across?
