I have done redesign of website which has been done and now I am coding the site. The new design includes a different page structure than the current one. Is there a way to build new pages but keep the current PageRank of the pages on the website?

Use a 301 Redirect to point the old pages to the new ones.

But the URls of the old pages are redesigned to new structure, the URLs are same..or should I go in for new URLs?

If the urls are the same then you would not loose PR. If you decided to change them then yes you would loose PR and then have to 301 redirect the old urls to the new ones.
