best way of back up

I have 3 websites on dedicated server(linux - plesk)
my data are about 2gigs. I want to know what is best
way of backing up ?

rsync to another server is quick and straightforward.

Our ISP offered an FTP back solution to a separate server for like $10/month. Perhaps yours has something similar.

it seems plesk have this ability to send files to another
server automatically...what is the problem?
