Hi,
Can anyone help me with a mean to manage my hosted sites?
The number of sites that we have designed are increasing and managing the usernames/passwords and more importantly, domain and host expiration dates are getting difficult.
i am sure there is a software that can store these info with webmasters in mind...

Welcome to WebmasterWorld azarmig.

I use an Excel spreadsheet. It gives you a lot of flexibility for layout, and you can design multiple spreadsheets to meet your exact needs.

If you have Office, then Outlook's Calendar has reminders you can schedule to pop up. I sync these with Google Calendar and get alerts from there as well.

I use keepass which is a "password locker". I don't know how I got along without it before. Has a lot of cool features in addition to storing passwords for each entry you can make notes, attach files and lot of other things. There's also an option to set an expiration date for each entry and you can have it alert you either when a entry expires or when it is about to expire.

The alert happens when you open it but you' most likely use something like this every day.

you can set up your domains as automatic renewal with your registrar...
