Is Google.com Server Down?

Its been 2 hours that I can not access Google.
It directs me to [bing.com...]

Google.ca works however.

Google.com works for me. Somehow I think your ISP provider may be re-directing you to Bing because Google sure wouldn't.

Something similar happened to me June 14th and encyclo provided a good link in that thread, [webmasterworld.com...]
