Core features will include the following: (1) consumer reviews of car dealerships, (2) classified auto listings for both consumers and auto dealers, (3) auto news feed section, (4) ability to charge auto dealers for membership, or rather certification, by our site. We have created a credibility seal that a dealer will be able to place on their own website showing they have been certified by us as a good dealer (given they meet and maintain our requirements for becoming a certified dealer by us).
You could do that with many CMS packages out there. Do you have experience with any?
It's going to take quite a bit of customization to put something like this together. There aren't any existing packages out there that will do all of this out of the box.
